Public Says (once again!) They Are Ready for EMRs

America has spoken yet again on its willingness to get digital in health care. A recent Kaiser Permanente survey reported an overwhelming 73 percent of those questioned agreed with the statement:

“The benefits of electronic medical records, such as better treatment in an emergency and a reduction in medical errors, outweigh any potential risk to patient privacy or the security of patient information.”
