Jake,
The short answer is "no". The expanded pilot is not associated with our VOIP Unified Communications solution. However, I am a strong proponent of VOIP, UC, and mobility as I believe these technologies will play an ever-increasing role in commoditizing personalized, simple and affordable tele-medicine, tele-health and e-health services in the industry. These innovations are going to be huge in helping providers deliver scalable home health services, remote monitoring scenarios, rural health services and solutions to help people better manage chronic disease processes.

Hmm... perhaps I'm a bit cynical, but is this policy change related to Microsoft's recent release of their enterprise VOIP solution? :-)
