		<description>Now at AHIP&#039;s 2008 June Institute, I am a bit dissappointed with the limited visionary discussions. Most concerned around the Federal Comparative Effectiveness Initiative (The Entity) and what seems to be duplicative effort. When multiple organizations exist to analyze medical effectiveness and publish ratings, I dont see the industry closer to a single source for effort. AHRQ&#039;s efforts and, to a lesser degree AHIC 2.0, shouldnt be ignored.</description>

		<description>Providers are about half the problem.  The reality is if 95% of hospitals provided the quality of care in five areas as the the top 5%, we could avoid 50,000 deaths per year.
but ultimately the onus is on us, each inidividual to make healthier choices in our diet and exercise to reduce to flow of self inflicted patients.  If you want the unbridled truth between the eyes, go to:
